Week(s) 5&6 Update

Feelin' good today...
Rough weekend though. Severe weather changes doesn't do me any favours.

I'm maintaining same dosage(s).
Haven't noticed any major changes in the last coupla weeks...Although...

• My shoulders don't seem to be as heavy and my neck isn't as sore/stiff/tired as it was a month ago.
• I have found it easier to form my words to speak...( st, sh, th type sounds are still hard to pronounce). Whether others find it easier to understand me is the question???

It occured to me the other day...
I've really focused on improving my overall eating habits in the last 2+ years.
Major changes I've noticed (especially in the last 3-6 months)

• I used to drink alchohol (6-12 beers/week - coupla beers after work type drinking) and over the years developed a nagging yeast infection. I took many medications for it - nothing helped. I stopped drinking and my infection is GONE!!!
• I had a coupla warts (one my right wrist, the other on my left index finger) for years (I'm thinking 15-20+ years). Changed my eating habits...the warts are now GONE!!!
• Just noticed today...I had some sort of minor foot fungus on my right foot. Lots of dry flaky skin...is now GONE!!!

All these infections were prolonged and were treated by a medical professional at one time or another. Nothing EVER worked. Not Antibiotics. Not wart removal. Not Anti-fungal creams.

This is why I'm "Med-Free" and focusing on eating properly and supplimenting my diet with Glyconutrients.

Given the chance...the body can and will heal itself.
